Nussbaum has new dedicated driving opportunities in Indianapolis, IN on a run for LEAR.

This dedicated run offers an opportunity for more home time with an average of around 54 – 56 hours at home each week.

We know switching to a new company can be difficult and create some financial uncertainty. That’s why we are now offering a $7,500 transition bonus for experienced OTR drivers.

How does it work?
You’ll get $2,500 after one week, $2,500 after three months, and $2,500 after six months. See below for more details about Nussbaum and how you can earn more.

Details

  • $7,500 Transition Bonus
  • Home weekly (on/around the weekend) – 54 – 56 hours on average
  • Mileage pay is $0.50/mile (opportunities to increase pay after starting)
  • Weekly average pay: $1,300
  • Activity Pay
    • $17 per stop for live loading, live unloading, hooking a pre-loaded trailer, or dropping a loaded trailer
    • $10 if you pick up a split load
    • $10 if you shuttle a trailer (that has no tie to a load)
  • $1,150 Weekly minimum guarantee. A safety net for when things don’t go as planned.
  • Assigned, late model Freightliner Cascadia
    • Fridge

    • Double Bunk
    • Battery Powered APU
