The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of the marketing department. In this hands-on administrative role, you’ll fulfill our mission to positively impact others through 1:1 interactions and companywide communication initiatives! As Company Store Manager, you oversee all aspects of the store including customer service, inventory, order fulfillment, and product selection. As the lead coordinator for The Dashboard and Dashboard Radio, you’ll facilitate communication between all Nussbaum employees and keep Nussbaum’s culture and values front and center. You’ll also get the chance to help with creative marketing projects ranging from social media to B2B sales enablement. Responsibilities include:

Company Store: lead manager and customer service rep!

  • Lead a weekly orientation session for new drivers about the company store/uniforms
  • Help customers in person and over the phone — selecting products, placing orders, and providing store account technical assistance
  • Fix orders and updating delivery addresses
  • Fulfill orders — unboxing and prepping orders for pickup, and handling email orders
  • Manage/restock inventory & packaging
  • Keep storerooms and display areas organized and presentable
  • Manage online product listings
  • Research and test new products
  • Complete a full store inventory twice per year (for our accounting team)
  • Analyze sales numbers and retire old or unwanted products
  • Store expansion and efficiency projects

Companywide Communications: reinforce our company culture and foster communication between management, drivers, the office, and shop employees!

  • Coordinate and schedule all content for The Dashboard (our internal news website)
  • Coordinate and publish Dashboard Radio LIVE and GO episodes
    • Brainstorm & select topics
    • Coordinate script writing & review
    • Publish episodes on The Dashboard

Marketing Content Creation

  • Develop posts for Nussbaum’s social media channels
  • Manage our weekly content calendar and assist with strategy development
  • Create marketing materials such as press releases, email blasts, etc.
  • Other creative projects, depending on your interest!

Annual Projects

  • Project lead for our annual Driver Appreciation Week celebration
    • Help develop the theme/marketing campaign for the week
    • Coordinate events
    • Order/organize/distribute gifts for drivers
  • Coordinates holiday company activities / gift initiatives / Dashboard content

Other Duties

  • Manage our inventory of promotional items for giveaways and special events
  • Organize our storage of physical items (brochures, magazines, promo items, store items) and create a system to track qty and location of items
  • Take new driver photos each week + other new hire tasks
  • Activate and manage employee ID cards for new hires and replacement cards
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Schedule

  • Full-time position; Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N. 1425 East Rd., Hudson, IL 61748.
