We’re seeking a Software Product Manager with passion and energy to drive meaningful impact for key business areas of Nussbaum. You will achieve this by working with empowered software product teams and creating solutions that improve the lives of our customers, drivers, and coworkers.
- Champion the vision: Own and communicate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Nussbaum’s mission.
- Discover real needs: Identify and validate customer and business problems, drawing on research, data, prototyping, and feedback.
- Prioritize for impact: Manage the roadmap to maximize business value and deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborate deeply: Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver iterative solutions.
- Measure success: Define clear outcomes and use product sense and data to guide decisions and improvements.
- Lead with humility: Empower teams and foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday; 7:30am – 4:30pm

Experience & Qualifications
- Product management experience (or related role in technology)
- Experience collaborating with engineering and UX
- Familiarity with Agile principles and iterative delivery
- Technical literacy, including the ability to understand software architecture and trade-offs. Production coding is not required, but the ability to make ideas tangible through prototypes, AI tools, low-code tools, or wireframes is valuable.
- Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred, not required
