Now, For those job Details:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Builder to own product development for key areas of our business. You’ll combine product strategy, UX/design, and hands-on engineering to create solutions that improve the lives of drivers, customers, and fellow employee owners.

This is a full-stack role—from understanding user needs firsthand to shipping code that drives real business outcomes.

• Champion the strategy: Own and communicate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Nussbaum’s mission.
• Discover real needs: Our users are accessible. Riding along with a driver or sitting next to someone in Operations are just a couple of ways you can validate problems firsthand.
• Own the full product lifecycle: From discovery and user research, to design, engineering and delivery.
• Operate within a product team: Contribute to shared design, research, and engineering standards. Know when to make a call independently and when to pull in a specialist.
• Measure success: Define clear outcomes and use product sense and data to guide decisions and improvements.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday; 7:30 a.m – 4:30 p.m.
• Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N. 1425 East Rd., Hudson, IL 61748
• Hybrid work schedule available
