We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills to manage the after-hours administrative work associated with equipment repairs in our local shop. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, positive work environment, possesses strong communication skills, and can understand driver needs. Core responsibilities include:
- Serve as liaison between the Shop Foreman, Operations, and drivers
- Communicate with drivers regarding equipment and scheduling
- Maintain communication with Operations about equipment status
- Monitoring and closing repair orders
- Monitor shop work schedule
- Monitor and assist in the administrative work required for equipment in the shop
Job Schedule
- Full-time: Monday-Friday; 4pm-12:30am
- Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N. 1425 East Rd, Hudson, Illinois, 61748
