Now, for those job details:

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for keeping the buildings and grounds of Nussbaum Transportation clean, safe, and functional. We’re looking for a problem-solving technician with general handyman skills; experience in operating construction equipment (i.e., skid steer, tractor) and/or having a CDL is a big plus. (With a CDL, you would move heavy equipment between facilities and use them for repair work). This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Operating construction equipment for various projects
• Conducting repairs and maintenance to facilities and grounds in a timely manner
• Maintaining parking lots and building entrances
• Cleaning and maintaining shared areas
• Spotting trailers and helping with load shift situations

Schedule

• Full time: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. (possible overtime)
• Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N 1425 East Rd., Hudson IL.
