We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our software development team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into our design process.

Schedule

• Full time: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm.
• Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N 1425 East Rd., Hudson IL.
• Hybrid Remote Options Available
