Now, for those job details:
Provide Nussbaum Drivers with breakdown assistance during afterhours operations. This ensures efficient resolution for our Drivers and helps assist them in the odd hours of the day. We then provide a high level of communication between operations and the shop of on-going and current situations.
- Coordinate breakdown resolutions efficiently for Nussbaum drivers
- Communicate status updates to operations on external breakdowns and repairs
- Document equipment issues/complaints received via email, phone, & in-person in the shop planner
- Field driver phone calls to assist in breakdown resolutions and over-the-phone troubleshooting
- Monitor Outlook for emails regarding mechanical issues
- Open, adjust, and close appointments for maintenance within the shop planner
- Provide speedy and accurate payment for services rendered
- Assist in a smooth shift transition of workload to the first shift coordinators
Schedule
- Part time: Monday-Friday, 4pm – 8:30pm
- Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N 1425 East Rd., Hudson IL.

Experience & Qualifications
