Job Description
Primary Job Role
- Field phone calls, voicemails, and emails
- Assist in parking issues and routing
- Monitor ETA’s
- Handle load assignment issues
- Help research customer hours
- Facilitate load planning and completion
- Change/Update loads in dispatch
- Build empty moves
- Help locate empty trailers
- Help with any routing issues including directions, weather, fuel stops, and load splits
- Reschedule/Schedule appointments
- Inform day shift personnel/customers on load progress
- Complete customer reports and contact customer if the load is late
- Monitor critical/hot loads
- Update customer tracking sight
Secondary duties
- Coordinate concierge service for drivers
- Report/Resolve safety and compliance issues
- Maintain good driver, customer, and public relations
- Coordinate after-hours equipment repairs

Schedule
- Wednesday – Friday: 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
- Saturday: 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Sunday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
- 34-hour workweek
