Now, for those job details:
As a Maintenance coordinator for the Nussbaum Shop, you will be responsible for monitoring the equipment we operate. This includes tractors and trailers. You will be responsible for working with your group of drivers and their managers and coordinating preventive maintenance as well as breakdown repairs. in a safe and productive environment. This position requires the ability to multitask and help others by working effectively as a team to keep our fleet moving
- Set up, coordinate and resolve roadside services for all Nussbaum drivers. This includes providing assistance where necessary on lease and rental equipment at times where Nussbaum requires their additional capacity
- Handle incoming calls and e-mails from drivers, operations, and vendors
- Work with your individually assigned Driver managers and Account managers to help drivers maintain, operate and repair their equipment as needed.
- Work with other Maintenance Coordinators to maintain minimum office staffing requirements throughout the workday
- Investigate and react to all issues that come up with unassigned equipment.
- Work as a partner with suppliers and all levels of supplier management to reduce total cost of supply.
- Embrace implemented changes and improvements and contribute to their success
- Accident investigation, documentation, estimates – work with safety for insurance purposes
- Document in all truck or trailer issues in our Shop Planner
- Analyze data to improve shop operating efficiency and throughput while minimizing overall maintenance costs for service performed externally and in-house.
- Warranty recovery
- Work on call and help when necessary, once every 4 weeks, as well as cover holidays for incentives that are offered.

- Full time: Monday-Friday, 7am – 4:30pm.
